Workout Summary – Receive a summary of your workout with detailed instruction of how you performed
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) – We will test your RMR so we can establish an effective and realistic meal plan. This will also help us develop a better meal plan and accurately monitor your progress.
Meal Plan – We put together an individualized meal plan to help you reach your goals. If you’re looking to lose weight having the right nutrition maximizes weight loss while increasing your strength and muscle tone.
Workout Schedule – This is like “homework”. I will always give you a weekly workout plan. This is to be done on the days we don’t see each other. Always trying to get 1% better every day.
Daily Follow Up – Aside from having your own schedule I will be there to send reminders daily. This will help keep you more accountable.
