MMA TRAINING

MMA encompasses many art forms (boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, muay thai, judo, etc) and more recently, mixed martial arts has been used as an exciting vehicle for fitness.

SELF DEFENSE

Everyone has had a time when they felt vulnerable. Women have found themselves the target of unforeseen attacks. Being prepared is key in not only protecting yourself during an attack, but also preventing the attack all together. This is why self defense is so important.
